Step 3: If you’re a residential or commercial applicant we will run your background and check your references.

Step 4: Once you’re approved, we’ll use a software called Appfolio to digitally sign your lease so you always have a secure copy online, we’ll also send you an online payment link to pay your deposit – Appfolio will become your one-stop shop for all your needs as one of our residents.

Step 5: Transfer your utilities, secure renter’s insurance, pay first month’s rent, move in, open your business or store your belongings!

We are a full service rental company based out of Piqua, OH with our own maintenance team who pride ourselves on fast service and great places to live.

VSF owns and operates 165 residential and commercial rentals as well as secure self-storage.
